Our service department is run by service manager David Linklater whom is supported by 5 technicians in Orkney, we also have a part time mobile technician in Shetland.
All technicians carry out regular training at John Deere and through online distant learning courses to keep them up to date with the latest training and diagnostics.
We have a well equipped workshop and vans with all the latest special tools including Service Advisor, the powerful computer run diagnostic tool from John Deere which is updated regularly with all the latest information and software updates. Our technicians also have Kadias diagnostics for carrying out analysis and repairs on Kramer telehandlers.
Fabrication and welding work can be carried out in our Smithy.
We offer Dyno testing with our Sigma 5 Dynamometer which is able to test tractors up to 500hp.
The service department offer Air Conditioning diagnostics, service and repair. Through our parts department we can source air con parts for all makes of tractor.
